Ronald boasts a distinguished 14-year career in tourism and hospitality. He leverages a strong academic foundation, holding a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Makerere University and an MBA in Hospitality from Les Roches of Hotel Management in Switzerland. Ngabo is a seasoned tourism professional with a proven track record in both public and private sectors. His expertise spans building business relationships, driving revenue generation, capacity building, and consulting for various companies and organizations. Ngabo has worked with Rwanda Development Board: Facilitating tourism investment opportunities; Rwanda Convention Bureau: Led sales efforts, securing international business, and playing a pivotal role in attracting MICE events to Rwanda; Horwath HTL Rwanda: Served as a Senior Consultant and Director of Operations, providing expert consulting services; Planitswiss Africa: Regional Director of Sales and Business Development for Africa, overseeing growth across the continent. Since 2015, Ngabo has shared his knowledge and experience by lecturing at the University of Mount Kigali, shaping the next generation of tourism professionals.
