Some strategies on dealing with politics in business and in the workplace: THINK WIN-WIN Political conflicts of any nature happen because of conflicting interests. Many cultures teach that to win, someone else needs to lose. Conversely, we are afraid to let someone else win, because it implies losing for us. In business and work, that need not be the case.
