Political conflicts of any nature happen because of conflicting interests. Many cultures teach that to win, someone else needs to lose. Conversely, we are afraid to let someone else win, because it implies losing for us. In business and work, that need not be the case.

Conservation is a mind set.  And like many things, is easy to maintain as a habit, as opposed to fixing after a period of decay. Sorting one’s garbage, recycling items, turning off lights when not required,…etc add up in the end.
